JP has been a group fitness instructor at Equinox for five years.  She holds a group fitness certificate from AFAA and specializes in HIIT, Strength, Core and Cardio classes.  Her goal is to inspire people to achieve goals they never felt possible and to help them feel strong and proud of the work they have done- no matter how big or small.


The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen. Every workout counts.
